Forces can move or stop an object.
A force can break and change an object shape.
Gravity is the force which pulls everything to the ground.
Magnetism: a magnet can move an iron object without touching.

People get energy from food.
There are renewable (wind and sunlight) energies and non-renewable energies (petrol (fuel) and batteries)
